VitaminChealing has developed a workshop curriculum to decrease self-care neglect, and burn-out while committing to work life balance. Our one-to-one coaching and facility workshops have been proven to 1. Renew and revive our participants 2. Increase life fulfillment and satisfaction 3. Enhanced overall care and delivery of services to their program participants.

See what people are saying about us
"Sharise is by far one of the most humble, welcoming, and clinically-grounded mental health professionals that I've ever worked with before. Her ability to take therapeutic information and share it with audiences in an informal and down-to-earth way are second to none. Our organization called upon Sharise to deliver a workshop on self-care for our participants and she was nothing short of phenomenal. After the engagement, attendees shared how warm and soothing the environment was for them. We understand that the spaces we serve in are only as safe as our facilitators allow them to be; and Sharise ensured that everyone was comfortable that evening. With that being said, I give Sharise the highest recommendation for her expertise, services, and commitment to helping others through therapy."

"I am not a reader, but this book gets right to the point so I stay engaged; Short and to the point which I love. Some books go on and on and that's when I put it down and never pick it back up."
Antionette Watkins, CPT
"I loved this book. It was short and sweet, which it made it easy to read. As a wife, mother, teacher, writer/blogger, I am able to relate much of what you write about. My three take-aways: Self-care- sometimes you have to say yes to yourself and no to everyone else. Practice what you preach- I loved page 31! Why? - Remember to always connect with your reason for why you are doing what you are doing by keeping the end goal in mind. Thank you for writing this motivating and inspiring book!"
Krystal L. Smith, The Renewed Teacher
"Reading the first chapter it made me stop and think, Antionette you do not have to do everything yourself, slow down, ask for help or just say no to some things. I like the fact that you have a section where you ask questions at the end of each chapter so that we cannot just read, but we will be able to write down things and figure out what we need to change to be able to refuel, renew and re-center our lives. Also when I read that first chapter, I actually went home that evening and only did one thing instead of tiring myself out and just made a note to self: One room at a time, One thought at a time, Just one at a time and it will get accomplished. Strive to be the best I can be with less stress and an attitude that if all is not done in one day.. I still have tomorrow, cause stress kills."
